Easier than I thought. I ground down a 1/2'' drive to get to the tensioner. ( therefore didn't have to lower the engine) I slackened the 3 bolts on the pulley first. Got someone to put their foot on the brake whilst the car in 3rd gear - they were very tight. Slackened off the tensioner and removed the bolts; pulley off.

Ma s tym niekto skusenosti, resp. mate niekto info? Viem, ze sa to zvykne bezne robit, len neviem ako je na tom prave toto Mondeo. Aktualne mam MK3 2,0 Duratec, ale pri MK4 to teda na benzin nevidim Vo vacsine testov odporucaju prave 2,0 tdci, udajne ma dobry pomer vykon/spotreba a s poruchami na tom nie je tak hrozne. Tak neviem ciMO5.
