The mbp.50 can be found at random cus the FND and libertad chest are random for everybody. Only chest that aren't is contraband chest and treasure chest. Got mine by just going through some military zones. The red areas you can find if you look at your map.
The SA-50 has better net stats, but if you are taking tougher shots from great distance, the better accuracy of the MBP will make a difference.
