Far Cry 3 is a huge thing, and I am only really reporting on the lavish single-player campaign here. There's co-op and true multiplayer, too (although no dedicated servers, as our newsfeed previously noted). There's even a map editor app for multiplayer, as there was with Far Cry 2.
The game had so much potential and just because Ubisoft wanted to safe money by not adding dedicated server to the game ( have so safe money for those DRM servers durrrrr) or allowing people to host games on their own server, the multiplayer of Far cry 3 will die so fast that nobody won't even notice.
Update Version 1.05 for Far Cry 3 was released on March 6, 2013. The multiplayer and single-player patch is available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. The patch adds a Master difficulty
So it has been 6 months already since the master servers were shut down and I miss this game greatly. This is a short little video to remember this fantastic
Far Cry 3 is an action-packed and emotionally gripping installment in the series. However, that doesn’t mean the game is perfect. Much of the game’s criticism has been directed at its multiplayer and story narrative. Multiplayer has been a mainstay for the series ever since Far Cry 3, although the feature has slowly been implemented into the main campaign to a greater degree with every new entry. Far Cry 5 allowed for full drop-in, drop-out co-op for the first time in the series and that is the same for Far Cry 6. Xd3w.
